j2 Global Acquires Cloud-Based CRM Provider Landslide Technologies, Inc.

LOS ANGELES — February 6, 2012 — j2 Global, Inc. (NASDAQGS:JCOM), the provider of cloud-based services for businesses, today announced that it has acquired Landslide Technologies, Inc., a Boston-based provider of online customer relationship management solutions designed for small to mid-sized businesses.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and the financial impact to j2 Global is not expected to be material.
